Hi I have ordered something this morning and it appears the address is wrong. Having read everything advice is to ring through to see if it can be changed but non of the phone numbers offer an option that doesn’t require a phone number and I don’t have an EE number. Anyone know of a way to get through to a human?

Try calling EE Sales on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I have tried those numbers and my order is for a playstation so i dont have an EE number and you cant bypass the options. I think its too late now anyway as i have had a dispatch notice so who knows where it will end up.

Thanks, only issue is that the sub menu to option 2 only has 3 options. I tried 3 and the advice was change the address through DPD which I cannot do.

Hi @Jonchap8419

Welcome to our community.

I'm sorry you haven't been able to get this resolved when you called.

If the help team are unable to change the address for you, they would need to look at cancelling the order and then you can place it again with the correct address.

I'd recommend giving them another call so they can discuss this further.
