Won’t allow me to to start contract

I’m trying to purchase a device on the EE website, I created an account logged it and now it wants me to add EE devices to the account, I don’t have any EE devices. The website won’t allow me to go any further till I do add a device. Anyone else having this problem

You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

Meta Quest 2. Even though I’m already logged in it has been asking me to log in again, when I log in it takes me back to the same page about linking devices
