Where do I start?
I ordered a Google pixel 10 XL. Delivered by DPD was a fake Chinese replica of an iPhone 17 pro max in orange.. EE placed an investigation, then 4 days later requested another Google handset to be delivered on Friday and the fake mobile to be collected.
Friday arrived, then Saturday, just messages saying it's being held. Sunday - delivery slot yes! I stand at my window waiting for the driver to walk down my drive. He steps out takes a picture of my house, gets back in his van and drives off.
Complained to EE and DPD, both asked me to wait until tomorrow for another delivery. That's another day off work and another day WFH.
Unfortunately if it doesn't arrive tomorrow I'll be cancelling the upgrade. It just doesn't warrant the stress, totally taken the joy out of a new phone as a treat.
