Ordered a new 5g SIM on the 12th May.
not arrived yet (now the 22nd)
order number is not accepted on the track my order option
no details on delivery date
if the old sim is somehow also the new one and there is actually nothing to deliver then there’s been nothing to say that so I’m assuming a new one is on the way but very late

What's the reason for requesting a new SIM? It it was a sim only upgrade, then nothing is actually sent out, you just keep using your existing one.

It was just an upgrade. Thanks for the answer. It is not clear on any of the messages that there would be no new physical SIM. I received an email saying it was on it's way! I also have had no change to my signal (although that may be due to where I am - the coverage is not great). I will have to see what happens when I travel to a better area.

Thanks Leanne. Ive check and while the plan has changed it appears I also now need to change my phone as the one I have isn't 5g compatible. Silly me. Oh well, it's only money...
