Hi
I upgraded my son's phone on the 30th April through the website and got a thank you for your order email but have had no update as to when it will be delivered. The new phone was in stock when ordered and said it would be next day delivery . The tracking number given in the email does not work on the order tracking and not sure what is happening. Is it due to the phone not being available ? It was a Samsung S23 . Thanks

Has the plan changed to the new upgraded plan in your My EE?

We ordered a S23 in Black , 128GB
No there has been no change on his plan as yet but we choose a new plan for the new phone
When i put the order number in the system it just say it cannot tell me anything about my order at this time.
When we ordered the phone was in stock so not sure why it is taking so long
