I ordered a iPhone 11 as an up grade on the 24th Aug 22 as it said it would be delivered in 24hrs. This was great as I need the phone by the weekend due to my old phone failing due to age.
Today is the 26th Aug 22 and I am still awaiting a delivery notification. I have tried tracking it but the tracking systems says my order can not be currently tracked,
This extremely frustrating as EE was very quick at updating my sim so I get charged at the new rate straight away yet I don't have my new phone.
1) Surely EE should be putting realistic delivery forecasts when advertising upgrades.
2) Surely EE should be emailing customers to advise them of why their delivery is late and what the new delivery forecast is.
3) Am I going to get a discount off my bill to reflect this poor service from EE and the fact I am still using my old phone so I should be still charged at the old rate?

Hi @Bibley7
Thanks for posting.
If the plan has changed, this would indicate the phone has been dispatched.
Have you downloaded the DPD app using the email and postcode to check for any deliveries?
