I sent the money, my order was canceled, but the money hasn't been returned yet.

Depending on when the order was cancelled, will be how long it takes for the refund as well what bank institution your with. Average 5-8 days

Welcome to the community.

If your EE order was cancelled, any payment that was taken or held is usually returned within 10 working days.

The amount usually shows as pending on your bank account, which should clear automatically.

If it’s been longer than that and the payment hasn't come back, I’d recommend getting in touch with our team, who will be able to help.
