Where is my order for my phone? It's been a month!

I upgraded at the start of May and was told there might be a delay in getting my new iphone 13 pro. However, it has been a month and I've not heard anything. I haven't even received an email confirmation that the order was placed! How to I find out where my order is? I can't get through on the phones as it is so busy the and upgrade phone line is down

@kempy81 If you’ve not received a confirmation email about the order being placed and it’s not in your spam folder I recommend you call customer services as it sounds like the order didn’t go through.

I was on the phone to her for half an hour, how can the order not go through? I'm trying to speak to customer services now but there's a massive wait! The upgrade team phone line isn't even working, so how to I get an answer?

@kempy81 Oh you ordered via phone. What model, colour and storage size did you actually order.
