Hi, I changed from BT to EE, on the 16th Oct, I’ve had my WiFi hub delivered, but not the TV box pro & one mini.
I have spoken to three CS reps, they all say it will be sorted, but still no tracking info ( only for the hub).
this is a complete mess, why is it taking so long &!why am I having to chase for these,
my contract has started, I’m paying for this, but no equipment, please help to get sorted

I’m sorry but ringing CS , which I’ve done several times is not a solution, however if you cannot help here, it leads to one solution, as I’m not happy with the service from EE. I’ll need to contact disconnections & terminate, my contract, I appreciate that you guys cannot help, so thanks
