I've tried to place an order for a pay monthly phone on 3 occasions over the last couple of weeks, every time the website has failed at some stage in the order process, either taking me to a blank page or an error page. On 2 occasions you've taken £30 (one of the payments has been refunded now).
What do I have to do to order a phone through your website? Is it even possible?

Might be worth calling EE CS on 150 tomorrow to establish if there is anything on your account stopping your upgrade.
