What’s happened to my order?

Last Tuesday I ordered and paid for an upgrade and received a confirmation email. However I cannot track the order and my account has a credit on it in the amount of the upfront payment for the new phone. What has happened to the order?

Welcome to the community,

You will have to ring customer service to find out, this is a public forum with no account access.

Did you also order a new phone? Which one?

Did EE take the upfront cost and then refund it? It could be that they are waiting for stock and normally do not take money from you, until the order is dispatched.

Once the order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If i dont call ee about the order will i get my money bck straight away or how long does it take
