I applied for an iPhone 16 128GB in teal I got 2 emails when I later that day after applying but since then I haven’t had any update it has been over 24 hours
these are the emails I got

I made an online order on Tuesday evening for an iPhone and paid an upfront cost. I then received an email with an xko reference. And another that says your plan details Does this mean it has been successful? I haven't received a notification since.

Please check your junk/spam folder, or text messages, to see if you've received a follow-up email, either confirming your has been processed and completed, or asking you to call in.
If you've not received any follow-up email you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through successfully.
If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why and what additional information we need to manually complete it for you. They can then issue you the tracking

I haven’t received any other emails in my spam/junk and calling did not help

If you haven't received any notification you'll need to speak to EE CS as suggested above.
I recommend downloading the DPD app as well.
