I go for ad that I received by EE website to acquire with monthly payment a Xbox Series X and until no position about my order. The online tracker is not recognizing my order ID.

I too ordered my Xbox and revived it the following day.

I started a conversation by phone to resolve the situation, there's a lack of confirmation between two parts (bank and EE), I do received a confirmation during the creation of order about the payment, but now, seems they are waiting for this sort of "confirmation". I thought this confirmation happend during the submission of your card infos...

Hi I am in the same situation too order number not tracking and I received a confirmation of the 10 pound payment but nothing else what number do I phone to resolve

You can call our Customer Care team on 150 to get an update on your order. Just follow the options to speak to a customer services advisor.
