Waiting for my SIM card

I am also waiting for my SIM card , Ordered it last Sunday , Still hasn’t arrived 🙃

Went into my local branch yesterday and was told they can’t do anything ring this number . 40mins later while instore still no answer and then was also told it can take up to 2 hrs ???

Who would have thought a leading mobile network with stores around the country don’t seem to care about there customers and new ones at that . What’s going on EE ???????? . Is there someone I can send an email who can tell me when my sim will arrive and has it actually been sent ?

Did you place your original order online? 

Have you received an email to confirm the order has been accepted and SIM card dispatched? 

If you have your order reference number you can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
 

Alternatively you'll need to call EE Customer Support where a guide can track the status of your order.
