Hi my phone broke on wednesdy,
I ordered a new one thursday. No tracking available. contacted ee and reordered over the phone. Promised delivery saturday. Still no contact from DPD or any tracking number. Called again saturday. Advisor confirmed DPD wouldnt be able to deliver to my postcode until monday. Phone again reordered and was promised dpd would be in touch to let me know delivery. Still no contact this morning. Husband now gone away with work and taken his mobile with him so my only way of contacting ee is on my laptop but I cant work out a way to get online chat working to trace the order becuase i dont have any way of scanning the QR code. so chicken and egg scenario... need a phone to contact ee to trace my phone... but I dont have one ...... any suggestions. Is there any way an advisor could contact me via email>? or any way I can email an advisor? seached the Myee high and low and cant find a solution to my "still got no phone" problem. Cheers!

@staceyheartford Go to the DPD website and create an account with the same email address you use for EE if there is a item for you out for delivery it will show on there. Do you have a tracking number?
