Hello

I'm a new customer and I placed an order for the iPhone 13 Pro 512GB in Alpine Green on 27/04/22. The website shows "In stock, Usually despatched within 1 day or to your local EE store" But I haven't received the phone or sim card. just wondering how long it might take?

My contract with another provided ends on the 09/05/22 and I need to know if is should cancel my order or wait?

I would ring customer services bro as that’s along time to wait for a phone.

I’ve called and was told I have to wait 7 days again. The IPhone I ordered is apparently out of stock but it’s been showing “in stock” on the website for the last 10 days. 

I’ve track my order but just says “awaiting confirmation”

I'm sorry to hear it's a seven day wait, you should be able to track your order soon.

 

DPD will text you when your order is out for delivery.
