Hi there,
Can anyone tell me what happens when you upgrade and swap your phone please. Do you give your handset over at point of delivery of the new handset or are you given time to transfer your information from your old phone to the new then send it in?
Thanks in advance

Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. I'm meaning when you upgrade early for free and have to give back your existing phone in exchange
Kind regards
Sally

Hi @Sally81973
If you are trading in your phone as part of the upgrade, you would receive the trade in package after the new phone by post. This gives you time to test the upgrade and return the old phone once you are happy to keep the upgrade, and all data has been transferred 🙂
Hope this helps.
Leanne 🙂

Hi @Leanne_T
Thank you so much for your reply. That's really good to know.
My flatmate was with 3 and they made him trade on the doorstep when his new phone arrived. He wasn't able to transfer anything and I was worried I'd have to do the same.
Much appreciated and thanks again.
