Upgrading to iPhone 14 Pro contract

Hello,

I placed an order online for upgrading my contract to iPhone 14 Pro phone contract on 18th September. I opted for in-store pickup and have received an email stating that my order is on the way. But it has been 20th September, today, and I am not able to track my phone. I have only received a message that my new sim is on the way. 

Therefore, could you please help me with it and inform me about the status.

Welcome to the community,

This is not customer service but a public forum, so no, but, plenty of customers before you are waiting to receive Apple products, and they are delivered on a first come first serve basis, so could be a while. Apple say on their website it will be around 26th October when ordering on their website. You will have to ring customer service to find out, not sure if you are having it delivered to a store for pick-up, you may have to contact that particular store.
