Hi I ordered the new iPhone 14 pro phone on Sunday and it’s to be paid monthly I was told by the store that I’m to call up and no one is getting back to me I was told then on the call by 11:00am this morning I’d get a text from dpd confirming my order and I still have not received nothing there’s been no update at all

Why were you asked to call? If you are just waiting for your phone to arrive, the store will contact you directly when it is available for collection.
