Upgraded sim but no email confirming order number reference

Welcome to the community,

You will not get an email or reference number for sim upgrade. Did you order a new SIM card or just upgrade your plan?

Sim cards are sent out via second class post.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I was under the impression I was just upgrading my plan but I was told 1-2 days for sim to arrive.

Hi @Elbows1 It's great to hear that you've upgraded your sim.

 

Did you just upgrade your plan, or did you select that you wanted to have a replacement sim card sent out too?
