Order number not working

Placed an order yesterday around 3pm the deposit was took the order reference number was sent but I can't track it on the website.

Please try again. You'll need:

 

Your order reference number: It's 8 or 12 characters and may include numbers and letters.

Email address or phone number: Just make sure you use the same email or the phone number you used to place your order.

 

I have used both the phone number email and post code no difference

 

I have the email confirming the orders gone through.

@Fmccool3022  until the device is allocated to you there is nothing you can track.  At the moment it’s just an order  once the order has been processed and a device is allocated to you then you’ll  receive a tracking number.   And then you can also use the DPD app with that tracking number
