I want to upgrade my phone. I currently have a multi line discount but when trying to upgrade it’s not giving me the multi line discount even though still have 3 other lines.

@Taylor941 you only get a discount on additional lines on your account, not on the main line ie the account holders line.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
