Hi, I upgraded my phone on Saturday and was just wondering when the phone will arrive? I have logged into my EE account and it is not showing that I have upgraded? Can you please confirm it has gone through and the phone is on its way?

@Jomaddocks If you want to know whether your order has gone through, you will have to ring customer service, as this is a public forum not customer service. It will also depend what phone you have ordered, colour and storage size, also whether EE have it stock and whether there are others before you, as delivery is done on a first come first serve.
You will then get a notification the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD.
