ordered the wrong phone model

Ordered the wrong phone via the site thought i was getting the 14 pro but just got the 14 would i be able to swap it?

@ivorgeorge  You’ll have to call customer services about this in the morning.   This will probably put you at back of te queue for that model type.  So be prepared to wait awhile longer,

@ivorgeorge : If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
