I have ordered a new phone from EE, I have never been a customer before but liked the deal and went ahead and decided to leave a network I have been with for at least twenty year's. After speaking with my wife I decided to try and order her the same..... However I cannot track my order for an unknown reason so after trying for almost an hour being redirected here, there, and everywhere, to no avail I'm not sure as to cancel my order and stay where I am? I can upgrade both our phones with our current network, that would mean that EE would be missing out, potentially on not just one new customer but two! I would appreciate greatly a response as to why this has happened as I have followed all instructions, I am just getting a page saying sorry we are unable to provide this information??? Many thanks in anticipated replies, if any.

Silly question @gavin29 but I have not received the phone yet and am unable to track order even with tracking code, can I call 150 from my current network provider? I suspect not! Lol 🙂 I do appreciate your time to advise me. I will await your response to my (what seems to me a silly question?!) Thank You Lee

@LeeOates : No, you can't call 150 from another network & expect it to go thro' to EE. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.

@gavin29 : I've not removed any post. Which post are you referring to? Your post telling OP to call 150 is still there altho' it is pointless telling that to a non-EE cust.
