Ordered a new phone on 07/01/2926, still hasn’t been dispatched? The email says estimated delivery date 14/01/2026 but still haven’t received any tracking code from DPD.

Actually the Tesco one has much better coverage in my area than EE especially for 5g🙂

Same! I’m really fighting the urge to just cancel it and go else where but then what’s the point cause I’ve already waited this long. I was told it would be here on the 21st or before when I called up on Thursday evening. So I’m hoping to hear something from EE or DOD tomorrow!

I cancelled mine and already received my new one🫠 I think it’s just a problem with EE everywhere else seems to have stock

Who did you end up going with? I’ve seen some good deals with o2. But I paid £80 upfront for the phone I’m waiting on so if I do cancel I hope I can get it refunded

I went with Tesco. They had better coverage in my area than O2. I am waiting on my upfront payment  refunding but got an email to say it can take 14 days x

I’ll look into it cause I’m so bored of waiting now! That’s good that they’ll refund you the upfront cost. Definitely going to have a look around cause this is getting beyond a joke now x

I think if I don’t here owt by tomorrow or Wednesday 20th/21st off EE or DPD I’m going to cancel it and refund and perhaps go to Tesco or O2. 😭😭cba

Yeah same! I’ll leave it until tomorrow night if I don’t hear anything from DPD then I’m gonna cancel and look at Tesco and o2 cause this is beyond a joke nowwww

You won’t believe it! I’ve just had a text from DPD that they’re expecting my parcel and it’s given me the pin! After almost 2 weeks of bloody waiting hopefully it comes tomorrow!!
