Ordered a new phone on 07/01/2926, still hasn’t been dispatched? The email says estimated delivery date 14/01/2026 but still haven’t received any tracking code from DPD.
I’m on day 12 of still waiting. Tracking still says awaiting dispatch. When I ordered my phone it said dispatch with in 1 day so when that didn’t happen I wrote on here and they said dispatch within 7 days then I called who said it’s 14 day dispatch waiting time. So god knows when it’s going to arrive. Looks like where all in the same boat getting told different things
It’s shocking. I really wish EE would communicate any issues with our orders! I’m getting really impatient and frustrated. I’ve never had this issue before.
okay i spoke to ee. i ordered 4/1/26. told 14 day dispatch. it’s now been 14 days and ee are saying it will be delivered before the 25th. JOKE!!!!!! ee are the most useless rude utter twats and will say anything just to get you off the phone
I’ve spoke to EE today too and they said there’s a back log with the phone I ordered, and that it should be here by the 21st or before. The 21st will be the 14 day mark for me. They also said they’ll refund me the postage money. Now how much of that is true I don’t know🤦♀️ what an absolute faff
EE said on or before the 21st for me too. I doubt it. If delivery is going to take longer than advertised then EE should make that clear on the confirmation email.
I think a wet paper bag has more use than EE does at this moment in time. Cba
