Ordered a new phone on 07/01/2926, still hasn’t been dispatched? The email says estimated delivery date 14/01/2026 but still haven’t received any tracking code from DPD.

If this does not work then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Download the DPD app as well.

I have yes and it’s been stuck on “awaiting dispatch” but the confirmation email said estimated delivery date 14/01/26 I also has the DPD app but can’t use it because I presume DPD don’t have the phone

Me too! I ordered a IPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb 8 days ago too and I’ve not received any emails or updates apart from EE or DPD. If it’s a stock issue I’d really like for EE to communicate that better. 😞

Definitely poor communication on EE’s behalf. I’ve read on here someone waited 35 days for theirs to come! It’s shocking.

Ordered it on the 7th of Jan , so been waiting about 9 days for it. When I go to track the delivery it’s still stuck on ‘awaiting dispatch’ and has been for 9 days.
