I see EE has still hasnt sorted the issue with receiving a pin to a seperate number linked to your plan why even have this as a thing if watch numbers cant receive pin numbers surely sending the pin to a registered email address would be better does everyone at EE share the same brain cell by any chance ? phoning 150 isnt really an option at the moment as ive lost my voice due to an illness

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to upgrade online. It seems that you may need to phone when you're able to, or pop into your local EE Store. Alternatively, if you can call when someone is with you to talk on your behalf, we'll be able to get this sorted for you.
