  • Ordered 4th Oct ….now 30th but no sign of delivery. I’m told “coming soon” , whatever that means….supposed “updates”  on emails do not deliver any updated information. I have no idea of the delivery date - could be sometime never….Poor service.

I’ve now been told all iPhone 14’s are out of stock other than the Red and it will be up to 14 days until it arrives. Strange process this ordering from EE, will not be doing it again, been an absolute nightmare from start to finish and this is me giving them my business and over a thousand pounds for the next 2 years, you’d think I was trying to cancel a contract with how unbelievably difficult it has been.The call centres need to get on the same page and stop giving customers mixed messages constantly.

I was told by an agent in Sheffield this morning the same thing, then I was told by an agent in Newcastle it is out of stock. Mixed messages everywhere so after another 5 calls today I’m no further forward.

I order iphone 14 pro max 7th oct but i did not receive any update about deleviery date and still in awaiting confermation 🙄 how many days later ?

Was it definitely the iPhone 14 you ordered, rather than an iPhone 14 Plus, Pro or Pro Max?
