Upgrade to 13 still showing 12 mini?!

I chose an upgrade to iPhone 13 for 58 a month, my plan on here is showing that iPhone 12 mini is part of my plan and now contract length is July 23 to July 25?!???? I also got a text saying my new device is going to be despatched so I haven’t got a clue what’s going on and now panicking as I already have a bloody 12 mini and I definitely don’t want to pay 58 for it!

@Imiac Check your emails you got from EE about this order. It’ll state what you ordered and if it’s wrong call customer services. You might be able to cancel the order if it hasn’t yet been dispatched. You can then order the device you want.

Your account will still show the iPhone 12 mini as you have yet got the new device with your sim in it to change what’s shown on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
