Upgrade phone not received

Hi,

 

I visited an EE store on Friday to upgrade. The phone was not in stick and was told I will receive it by Monday as it is guaranteed 1 working day delivery. I went into today and was told the phone was not here and I 'should' a text.

 

Not text and tracking info. 

 

Anyone help?
