Upgrade phone but need a new SIM card and new number

Trying too order a new phone but asking me for the old number I’ve not had it for a while so require new number and new SIM card thank you

If you need a New Number (why?) probably the easiest way of doing it is to Add a new Line and Device to your existing Contract, then once that's all set up, then give 30 Days Notice on your Original Plan and Number (Assuming it's close to or out of Contract).

I have the same problem, it wont let me buy a new phone and sim, just keeps offering an upgrade to my existing package.
