Upgrade order

Hi I placed an order on 23rd February and I received and email of confirmation but have not received the order or any further correspondence. I've tried tracking it but it keeps saying there is a problem with tracking. Can you please advise what I need to do next.

When you upgraded, did you order a new phone or was it just the plan you upgraded?

If it was a phone, what model colour and storage size?

It was the phone as well it was a Samsung 
Galaxy s21 fe 128mb in lavender.
