Hi 

I ordered a blue iPhone 14 128gb yesterday as I upgraded my phone. M had email with the order and they took the £30 upgrade fee. 
but no more. My account is still showing I can upgrade and no further emails. Tried the tracking but it isn’t working. 
will I get another confirmation email with delivery date?
