I asked for the address to be changed on the phone prior to an upgrade.
this hasn’t happened, since having my upgrade where my old phone is supposed to be sent in, I haven’t received anything to do so.
I can only assume after logging in that as the wrong address is still there it’s been sent to that address.
I can’t find anywhere to log this or speak to anyone without being on a phone call i assume?

Please give our customer care team a call on 150 and they will be able to look into this further.
