Upgrade - confirmation?

I upgraded phone this morning by phone? Should I have received confirmation as nothing came through yet?

@Lauramck84 I would of thought you would of had a email/text to confirm this as others including myself have had this correspondence to confirm the upgrade.

If you give us a call on 150, the team will check the order and provide you with your tracking number for the online tracking.

Won't allow me to reply in topics - I called 150 as advised and they said would send email - but again nothing has came through
