Hello,

Hope someone could help me. So I pre ordered a iphone 14 pro max. But I am due for upgrade anyway. So I have paid an upfront. Isn’t it if you do an upgrade you don’t pay any upfront?

@Bl3ssing_M : Not at all! Any upfront payment is part of the price of the phone & has nowt to do with upgrading.

@Bl3ssing_M   If your due an upgrade it means that upgrade will not cost you anything to terminate your old contract. Any upfront costs have to be paid they there as they help to purchase the cost of the device as the tariff on its own doesn’t cover the whole cost of the device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Bl3ssing_M No this is not how it works unfortunately, a upfront payment is part of the price of the phone that you are after.
