Hi,
I upgraded to the iPhone 14 pro max 128gb Silver on the upgrade anytime swapping my current phone. I ordered on the 17th November and obviously I haven’t received the phone yet but I’m getting emails and texts from EE saying my return package is on the way and I need to return my current phone by the 30th December or I will be charge £400+ on my bill. Obviously that’s ridiculous as the iPhone 14 pro max is on preorder and I don’t know when I will receive it so how am I supposed to send my current phone back?

Thanks for coming back to the community.
You won't need to return the current phone until you have received your upgrade. If you call us on 150 the team will make sure you are not charged for this.
