Upgrade Phone returned by EE shop

I upgraded my phone and asked for it to be delivered to my local EE shop. Unfortunately for some reason my phone (that i own & have been paying for for years and years) is still in my dads name (we thought this had been changed ages ago) so I was unable to take the phone. The EE worker said they’d return it. My account has now been upgraded but I have no phone, how do I get the new phone returned ordered again?

When you say your "account has now been upgraded", do you mean the legal ownership of this phone has been changed to yourself? If so, the previous order will have been returned and cancelled - just order it again.

If the legal owner of this phone is still your Dad, then you need to take it over via the change of ownership process before you can do so.
