SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive, this will be delivered by Royal Mail and will not require a signature.

@Avtandili SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Avtandili

Welcome to the community.

Is it a replacement SIM card? If so, they're sent out through the postal service and usually arrive within four working days. You may need to speak to our Mobile Care team to see if another can be sent. You could also pop into your nearest EE Store to get a SIM card there and then.
