So my upgrade has been lost in transit by DPD.
I've gone through reporting it to EE.
It was mentioned that i would need to order a replacement, once the return process had been completed on the lost handset.
As it's an iphone i already know it's going to take at least 28 days for the replacement to be despatched.
What i'd like to know is roughly how long does all this take before i can even order the replacement?

Welcome to the community.
You've done the right thing in reporting this to our customer service team. The timescale is dependant on the investigation with DPD, but hopefully is completed within seven days. Once everything has been reverted, you'll be able to re-order.
