Upgrade Anytime - Confirmation?

I upgraded my phone contract on 16/03/23 and sent my old phone back on 19/03/23 as part of the upgrade anytime deal. The parcel tracking states it was delivered on 21/03/23 however I have received a text message yesterday advising me to send the phone back and today I received the return packaging again in the post.

 

Can anyone advise of the typical process for this? Obviously I'm concerned that EE are going to try and say they haven't received my old phone and charge me the difference when the tracking itself says it was delivered. I used the label EE provided too, so assuming that it is also insured.

 

Is this normal?

@Jonjon1239   The package you received today was probably sent out the same day you returned your device.     If your concerned about this just call customer services about it
