Unable to purchase online

Hi I have tried to by an Apple Watch to add onto my existing contracts but whenever I go to confirm order, I get a spinning wheel and nothing else. I sat for 1 hour waiting and then tried on multiple devices - but no joy. I have done it a few times and worries I will be charged multiple times now.
can anyone help?
