I have been sent an email that I am unable to reply to asking me to phone in. The call queues are ridiculous and I am unable to queue for those lengths of time. Was trying to order an upgrade but at this rate I won't bother and I'll go elsewhere for a new phone. Anyone else got the same issues?

@Nld55 Unfortunately EE don’t control the amount of calls they receive at any one time.
