Placed an order on Friday for an upgrade on the Ultra 3 - natural with the Milanese strap.
Website stated that despatch was expected within seven days.
I thought great, they must’ve received some stock at last.
Got the thanks for your money email but no order reference.
I’ve not heard anything since, my account doesn’t even show the order.
No comms from EE explaining if it’s being prepared or when I can expect it.
Are people still waiting for their orders from the pre-order period.. 2 months ago?
I hope EE also offer me the price of the upgrade from when I actually receive my watch as well.

Ordered the Black with Black Milanese on the 14th, said it would be delivered in 7 days - it currently has exceeded that
