Hey,
I placed two orders for travel eSIMs that never arrived through email. As I have no local number I am unable to call the support line. The fees would be crazy high if I would try to call from my carrier.
As one reference here is one order number: *************
And yes, I did check spam and every other folder.
I would be very thankful if someone could help me.

Welcome to the community.
We don't have access to accounts to see what is happening with the Travel eSIM orders, but you should have had a QR code on the order confirmation screen to download the eSIM.
Did you get as far as creating an EE ID to manage the account?
If you did, what do you see when you login?
