Sim still hasnt arrived

Hello, 

Ive placed an order for a sim card on 30 Aug and paid for the plan on the day. Today is 5 Sep and it still hasnt arrived yet nor have i received any updates about the delivery. My previous travel sim has already expired and im in need for my order to arrive soon.

SIM cards are sent by post and delivered by Royal Mail, this should arrive within 2-5 working days. 

If you don't receive this in the next few days, please get in touch with our mobile care team.

Thanks for your reply. 

I have ordered a free sim a month ago and it never arrived. Paid for a sim pack and it still hasn't arrived.

I went to the store in person today and the staffs have informed me that Pay As You Go sims are no longer in service. I tried to contact the customers services through the phone but I would be put on hold for ages. Is there any way I can get a refund on the pack I've purchased since the service is no longer provided?

Pay as you go SIM cards are still available, I am sorry you have been advised this.
