Hi put a order in on January 30 transfer from BT but still haven’t had anything done ,had a appointment but never showed.

Welcome to the community.
You would usually get a few emails or texts from Openreach ahead of the installation date to confirm what was happening next and on what date.
Did you get anything about the appointment after the initial order?
Either way, if it is past the installation date and you haven't heard anything, I would recommend giving our broadband team a call so they can have a look at the order to see what is happening for you.
