I upgraded my phone and was told I would receive a trade in pack within the next few days of receiving my new iphone. I was giving 2 weeks to send my phone back. After a week I did not receive a trade in pack so I filled in the online form received a quote for the value and got a trade in pack. I received the pack the next following few days and sent my old phone away. Today I received a email saying my pack is on its way and If it’s not received it’ll be taking off my next bill. Will this affect anything? As I have sent it off my own back

Welcome to the community. 

There are two types of trade-in possible. One is part of an upgrade where you send the device back to get discount on your plan. The other is trade in where you get cash paid to you for the device. They are two separate services. 

It seems that although you've agreed to the first trade-in service, you've now set up and processed the second version instead. 

Not to worry, you have two options. You can continue with the second version and you'll receive a single one off payment for the device. This does mean the discount on your monthly plan will be removed. 

Alternatively you can contact Likewize and let them know what happened. Explain that you'd like the device that you have sent in to be used for the upgrade trade-in, rather than the one-off payment.
